IS IT THE 1986 U-14 OR THE 1987 #604?....WHAT'S THE ANSWER. I WANT TO BUY A PSA 10 ROOKIE, ANY RECOMMENDED DEALERS?.....CHRIS....

    they both are...the fleer update is an extended rc (XRC) but still a base rc in the 86 fleer update set, and the 87 fleer is also a base rc but not extended (just RC)...so technically they both are base rcs...

    i recommend psa or BGS...SGC is also really good and i think contends with the 2 big dogs and has a much nicer case at a much cheaper price.
