New submission first for me

I submitted some coins and received the mint OGP back today, which I requested be returned. However, my submission isn’t even in their system yet.

Great work on getting the mint packaging back to me but I’d like to see my coins in process 😉😬

That disturbs me a bit. I have assumed that when there is a delay entering it into the system that it is still unopened. However, if it has been opened but not entered into the system, doesn't that mean that the tracking information is faulty? Wouldn't that make it hard to find if dinnertime had to look for it?
