    Interesting. It wouldn't surprise me if there is indeed another "comstock lode" cache buried somewhere in those Nevada hills.

    I read a good book a decade ago about the Comstock lode:

    Mining stocks in the 1870s were like dot-com stocks in the 1990s. And most of the people who made the discoveries got swindled out of them. Finding silver is actually the easy part.
