Walter Payton “Speedo” card in PSA slab

I saw this card on eBay and noticed the “Speedo” error. Obviously fake! The “PSA 9” card sold for $4850. If this is in an original PSA slab could PSA have missed the error and would they be responsible for misrepresentation? Could this card have been re-slabbed with a fake in the original label and the real psa 9 card be sent back in for regrading?
Some shady people out there. Is there a security forum to report these types of fakes? After seeing how much that card went for I might alert eBay to the fact it is a reprint? Is that none of my business?

The label on top looks fishy to me
I can't find the sale on eBay, but it is definitely a fake and the supposed buyer would have found out such if they had done their due diligence. The card with the same serial number sold through mile high in 2008 and it is authentic:

Not to mention the fake Jordan rookie that they sold as well

I reported both of those items as fake to eBay. I hope they find a way to locate and punish the seller.

How can you tell it’s fake? The speedo error?
This is scary. I heard there was the possibility for eBay to become a "middleman" in that the cards are sent to eBay first to confirm they are authentic before being listed on eBay. Has that ever happened?
Speedo error- the last line of his biography on the back states “Walter has great speedo.”
I’d never heard of this either. Is that the telltale sign of a fake Payton rookie? I looked on eBay and noticed people are also selling “good” reprints but the few I looked at did not have “speedo” on the back.
This is why the Cert # and picture authentication is key. I hope at some point when PSA catches up they have a relatively affordable fee to just verify and scan the card image into their database. Supposedly they have a full proof ways of easily telling a slab is real and untampered with (according to an interview I saw with Nat Turner). It would be in everyone’s best interest if there were official scans to compare to.
For what it’s worth it looks like the transaction for the above Payton did not go through. Per the feedback the seller used the old “I can’t get the item out of storage” excuse. Heh.
