Does PSA still give Qual OC grades??

I thought I read that they no longer do. Is that correct? I have a few Mint OC stars that I would not like to have in 4-6 cases but rather the OC or MC grade. Is that still an option?
Just saw some fresh grades with OC quals like this one.

I received an 8OC on a 1961 Fleer Basketball card just last week. I was surprised to see a qualifier after the announcement from a few months back.

I remember reading their new policy and my takeaway was that it was at the discretion of the grader. The example they gave was a 9 slightly vs really bad OC. The slight would get a straight 7 or 8. The really bad OC would get a 9 (OC) instead of knocking it down to a 4 or 5.

PSA is certainly still including qualifiers when grading, if the card's grade necessitates it. PSA no longer requires customers to specify a request for No Qualifiers on the sub form. Qualifiers continue to be applied where appropriate.
