I’d go 8 - looks like ideal OPC rough cut to me.

I think it looks like an 8 as well. As a comparison, here is one that I subbed several years ago that received an 8:

Agreed, although most of the 9's I have seen have either TB or LR centering off by the same amount
If it gets a 7 it is for centering not for the cut. Think it is an 8.
It meets the requirements of a 9 for centering so I’d be surprised if it got a 7. I’ve had a bunch of nice examples and there aren’t many pack pulled that look much better. That said, a 7 is possible these days, no guarantees the grader knows this card
Looking at recent sales of 10’s. Two sold this year with consecutive cert numbers, both with sale clean edges. Make of that what you will but 4 clean edges and consecutive certs is a pretty big tell.
