Spent my day off sleeving and bindering my 1971 Topps set. Here's a few of the better ones I pulled out

Thanks! These were my father's and had been sitting in a box untouched for probably 40 plus years, so it was good to get them out to display. Hopefully when grading fees come down a bit I'll send a few in. Only bummer was the Aaron was the worst card in the set but can't complain overall.

Beautiful '71s! There should be a few 9s in there.

Nice. Unfortunately you didn’t find the 10 years ago when you could have graded them for $5 a card. Those are some real beauties

Invest in some card saver I's ....
A binder is not the best place to store those gems!

At least the nicest ones need to be protected and kept out of binders

Yes definitely, I pulled out about 20 or so that will be stored in CS1's and eventually sent in for grading.

Tough condition on that set indeed with the black borders. Nice cards posted. Waiting on a Dusty Baker/DonBaylor rookie back from grading.

Gretzky,Ripken, and Sandberg collection. Still trying to complete 1975 Topps baseball set from when I was a kid.

What's the reason for blocking out the back of that particular card?

    Absolutely stunning!! Love the Munson!

I believe that’s an error card

@Rofles upon closer inspection of the picture, I think you are correct. Thanks

Beautiful cards! Should be ripe for PSA 5 grades based on today's standards.

Ugh, sent the Carew in as I thought it was the nicest one and wanted to see how it would grade. Came back N6.

Very nice '71s you have there! A great set that looks really good with sharp cards (and not so good with beaters).
