    thought it might be the economical way to obtain the “personally pack pulled” card for the rookie collection. i was way wrong.

    hard to believe it has been almost 20 years but my first submission to PSA I received 2 8's and a 9 Rickey Rookies that I pulled from 4 vending boxes when I got back into cards out of college. of course the boxes were about 40 bucks each when I bought them back in 1997
