1977 Star Wars: include copyright line for top/bottom centering?

What should be considered the bottom for vertical centering on a card like this? Would it be to the bottom of the Star Wars callout (marked with the yellow line), or would it be the bottom of the copyright text (marked with a darker line)?

I'm wondering how PSA assesses vertical centering for cards with this kind of layout.
