Can't find this card in population report

This card is currently for sale on Ebay & I'm considering bidding on it. However, I always like to look at the pop report to decide how much I'm willing to spend.
When I look up the card in the pop report, it doesn't even show up. It's card # 313, but only 2 different card #'s show in the report. What am I missing?

not sure what you missed, but its there. it was likely freshly graded based on the cert and may not have hit the pop report at the time you looked. on a side note, not sure what the pop report necessarily has to do with "what you're willing to spend". sure, its the only one graded and its a 10. but the value of the card is only what someone is willing to pay for it, regardless of pop report.

Thanks. My point about the pop report is whether or not I'll have other chances to buy the card if the bidding exceeds what I want to pay. Since it's a pop 1 that's irrelevant here, but many times I'll hold out for a better price if I'm pretty sure I'll have a chance at another copy.
This card is only pop 1 because nobody submits it.

Here's another one. SIgned. There are a couple complete sets on eBay.
I figured as much. Even though 1998 is Nomar's second playing year, it's his 7th year of cards so there's very few submissions.
UPDATE - I just checked the pop report again on my computer and the card still doesn't show up. I wonder why I can't get complete results. This photo was taken just now. Makes me wonder how accurate other pop reports are that I search.
I even clicked on the link above and all I get are the same 2 results. Strange.
When I do a general search for exactly what you did, I also see only the two cards. But when I manually select 1998 fleer and view the enter set, then type his name, all three show up. Do it that way, I find it more accurate as I’m already within that set vs doing an entire search of the registry.

A PSA Cert Verification will work too
As stated earlier Pop 1
OP, remember you can used psacard.com/cert in addition to psacard.com/pop for info like what you're looking for.
