2021 AL variation of circle running through the date on R

I watched an older u-tube video of a 2015 P quarter that had this same variance listed by JBCoins this morning. The circle going around the airman continuing through the date at the bottom below the flattened area for the date. The numbers were not affected. Could this 2021 coin have the same thing going on?

The circle is part of the design. How can it be damage from a coin roll crimper?

Ok I looked at it on coinfacts. It is odd, but the date seems to be above this circular line in OP photos.

The date on these is incuse. So the gouge runs over the top of the date.
