He bought a pack from me and I sent it to the address in the Paypal. FedEx just told me he moved and cannot deliver, so they are sending the package back to me. I tried emailing him and it bounced back because the email was disabled.

If you send it USPS first class or priority to his old address and he forwarded his mail they will send it to his new address. If they don't have his new address they return it to you. If it's valuable maybe insure it in case something goes wwrong.
