$1- overprint error?

I just bought a crisp 1974 $1- bill that was in a safe for about 40 years. I believe it is a light overprint error (hopefully I used the right term).
Is this an over font error? If not is it an error?
What grade is it (cu) and what would the approximate value be?
Is it worth grading?
Thank you for your help.

This is a Back-to-Front offset error. It appears to have the red BEP rejection mark, which meant the note should have been pulled and replaced with a star note, but it somehow managed to make it out into circulation. Cool note. Get it into a quality currency sleeve to protect it.
