DANSCO album with 44 coins SOLD
This album was assembled in the mid- to late 1980's by one of my collector friends. It contains 44 coins of varying grades and states of preservation. Some cleaned, some original. Some low grade, and some nice XF AU's. Two of the dates are proofs. I give a brief description of each below, and I show photos of some of the better pieces. Many of the coins look better in-hand than the pics indicate. If you need more info, just send me a message.

The album itself (Dansco 6122) is in almost-new condition. The binding is tight and there is no writing on the inside.
It is a relatively scarce album, and if you can find one on line, expect to pay $75 - $100.

1837 LD VG8 no problems, just worn
1838O VG10 no problems, just worn
1838 LS F12 no problems, just worn
1839 XF40 or better, pretty rim toning
1840 nd XF45 very old, lite clean, naturally re-toned, faint hidden scratch in obv. field to right
1842 VG8 old clean, now toning
1842O vf20 a few ticks
1845 G4 old clean & thin obv scratch
1849 xf40 old clean, now has some rim tone
1849O VF25 old clean, splotchy toning
1851O F 12 old lite clean, now toned
