I had the same type of question earlier this year...with regards to completed sets for the 2020 Proof Set when I purchased the very last coin from the same dealer - and the distribution dates were conflicted in the eBay listing with several date changes - and an oh...well...um...gee response from the seller

I guess I would suggest sending the pertinent data and any supporting info You have to Set Registry for a proper investigation - assuming You have already exhausted all options at the verification page
