20$ printing error ?

I was wondering what this error is called and is it a common type of printing error. I used to have the information written down but cannot find it.

Looks like a partial Back-to-Front offset error. Cool note.

It's a strong offset, showing a different back plate number. The stronger, the better and greater surface area offset is better, too.
