There is a Darker Gray icon highlighted in the Screenshot.
It looks like a picture with mountains and a sun
Click on That
.
An Overlay appears to either "Choose File" or "Use a URL"
If the Picture is on your phone, select "Choose File"

The "Photo Library" will let you choose the picture off the phone's storage

@MsMorrisine is there a function to enable the "choose files" option? When I select the picture icon drop down, it only gives me the "Choose URL" option...TIA
