PSA Hand Cut?

Do you think cutting an inch off of this premium (in length and width) supplement from Baseball Magazine should be graded as hand cut with a numerical grade in an 8.5x11 jumbo holder by PSA?

In my opinion it shouldn’t be graded since it is a 9.25”x12.25” item. Maybe authentic altered if cut, but not a grade. They weren’t intended to be cut. Same as trimming a baseball card IMO.

I agree with you, if it’s trimmed it’s not original and shouldn’t get a numerical grade.
