    hehe... Uhh I used to be skinny too. Like 6'1 155lbs skinny. Took me a year to get up to 180-185. Everyone has to start some where. image

    I would start off with small stuff, like crunchies and jogging. (chicks dig 6-packs)..Work yourself up to weights and never rush yourself to do more then you can.

    Ok, since you got all that down i would work on the arms.

    I started on small 8 pound dumb-bells when I was 13, but made the mistake of lifting more often with my right then my left since im right handed, now my right arm is noticably bigger then my left. image

    Jus woke up.......6*1 140 pounds...I can bench 100, clean 115, squat 145, and deadlift 185...Don't mean to embrasas yall...sorry..image

    Who are you embarrasing? I am 6'1, 175 lbs and 31 years old and I was benching 225 lbs and curling 90 lbs before I had shoulder surgery 9 weeks ago:>}. I tore my shoulder up throwing from centerfield......
