Silver Eagles in my personal PCGS Inventory section.

Hi guys,
Just recently went to my 'inventory",On the PCGS Website, While our host keeps track of our PCGS slabs values. I noticed all of my S. Eagles went up in value at 71c. Does anyone know why 71c? It can't be because of silver prices could it? Thanks guys.
