I got less than that, and I am a FANTASTIC seller!!!! All it takes is one loose cannon to drag your feedback down. In my case, the buyer supplied me with the wrong shipping address and was upset that I actually sent it to where he told me to. All it takes is one.

While i do take into consideration a few bad feedback's from same buyer, if seller has nothing else but good, I was burned a few times back in the days before buyers had the power. In current times it's an outdated paradigm, but more than decade and half out of habit is difficult to break
