A peculiar 2020 "W" Quarter.

Hi guys, while after further examination of my recent West point 2020 Weir Farm Quarter find. I noticed a slight misaligned or broad struck appearance? Here's the strange and peculiar part, both sides seem to have the same issue. Instead of the usual one side effectiveness? :* What do you guys think? Thanks :)
