Registry Set Question?

When looking at the Registry Sets for Proof Buffaloes I noticed that the Person in #1 place for the past number of years has a Type 1 listed for a Type 2 is this a mistake? in photos or does he have 2 Type 1's in his set. Just wondering, didn't know if anyone else noticed this, it is Quite a remarkable set and Accomplishment regardless.
