Problem in getting auction results from Pop Reports

This has happened to me at least three times in the past few days:

I am looking for past auction results on the Pop Reports for certain World coins. I click on the PCGS number of the coin in question in the population report, which then causes another page to pop up, with True View pix of the top graded coins, the auction record, then (at least for the first few coins) a more detailed list of auction results (including Ebay) at various grades. So far, so good. But, if I continue my searching beyond five or so coins, that popup page no longer has the detailed auction results. All I get are the pix and the single auction record. Am I doing something wrong? I am logged in, so the PCGS website should know of my status as a Collector's Club member. Is there some sort of limit (daily?) on the number of searches of this sort I can perform?

I would value some advice here, as I am trying to put together a price for a fellow member for a number of coins that trade somewhat thinly, so need the information the PCGS site has on recent sales.
