1921-D VAM-1AQ Without the Cud, what is it?

I've recently come across a 1921-D that seems to be the VAM-1AQ which as I understand is one of the top VAMs for 1921-D, however, this one is missing the cud... The key features that land it on 1AQ by my assessment are the crack at the second left star on the obverse and the crack above the A in STATES on the reverse, amongst others. I've searched and searched and can't find any particular discussions about this variety. Would this be a VAM-1AQ without the cud? If not what would the VAM designation be? Thank you for any help!

The cracks match up to the 1AQ and I don't see another listing for the pre cud state.
