That is damage from a coin rolling machine.

Agree with rolling machine damage. The crimping mechanism used to roll the ends is set a little to deep and edges scrape the coin.

A picture of the whole coin would be a plus along with your close-ups. Sometimes that helps to also verify what is wrong
