(Franz Joseph, by the Grace of God Emperor of Austria and Apostolic King of Hungary, Croatia, Slavonia and Dalmatia)
"By Jove Sir, you've got a title!"

The hereditary title "Apostolic King" was given around AD 1000 by the Roman Catholic Pope to the King of Hungary.
