Is this strong enough to be recognized as a booger nose?

Nah, those are just nose hairs 😉

idk how much you are joking BUT that is a type of "bugs bunny" where the eagles wing tips have clashed on the obv in an opportune place. a little higher than normal. these are usually the fs-402. UNLESS those are coincidental gouges/polishing marks.
update: i just checked and don't see any 401 or 402 bugs for the 57p/57d in the pcgs pops.
VERY odd there aren't any listed, AT ALL. even after these many years. so either you have a rather rare bird on your hands OR they haven't recognized one for the P or D, which would be astonishing/none have been submittedd OR it is just coincidental gouge/polish marks. the rev can help if it has the nose clash under the eagles wing tips. BUT these have such mixed obv/rev dies that you can have a clash on one side without any corresponding clashing on the other side.
on the chance you are joking and this post of mine is a total waste, you could consider the nickname "Unkempt Franklin."
there are a few forum members we could call to this thread i'm sure to add some esoteric and apropos suggestions.
The difference between that one and a typical Bugs Bunny clash is probably due to die rotation.
While my one and only MS64+ Bust Quarter with CAC (bought as an MS64) isn’t a Franklin, Miss Liberty really has a booger nose! Thank goodness PCGS didn’t object, as they agreed with me the coin merited a “+” despite the booger!
My collecting “Pride & Joy” is my PCGS Registry Dansco 7070 Set:

What is this called? Other than a dime 😂. What’s in his nose?

Normally a "Bugs Bunny" is recognized as an FS-401 and a "Booger Nose" is called "obverse die clash FS-402". My question was more to the point of is this strong enough to be recognized as a FS-402? At this point, it is not a known variety.
