Is this a 1916 SLQ?

I've had this a couple years and always wondered If it's a 1916. Can anyone on here help me identify? Should I just take a chance at PCGS?

No doubt it is a 1917.
I think the easiest way to definitively determine is the rivets being poorly struck (1916) or well struck (1917) especially when dealing with low grade, dateless coins.
Great series of coins, one of my favorites especially in unc!
