I call it Frankenstein Lincoln but the reverse of this 90 has it also.

Your coins have environmental damage and are showing zinc rot. The copper plating is approx 8 microns (0.0003") thick. When the copper plating is breached, the zinc core can corrode, similar to rust firming on a scratched car fender.
Sometimes the coin has plating blisters that occur during the plating process and other times, the plating can be damaged during normal circulation. Either way, its not an error

Ok I will accept that. I thought that also but when I found the 90 with with the same looking thing/ blistering under the seventh column I thought maybe some kind of clash or from something thrown in the striking chamber
