trouble with adding pictures to my psa inventory. Help?

i've added 400 pictures to my psa gretzky inventory, but i'm having a problem adding 7 pictures for my 1994 cok/mac pogs. when i check my inventory, on the right side above the green "add image" icon, it shows a blank white box. No image added, but when i hit the delete icon , it will delete the existing blank box. since the pogs are a different size, is my problem got to do with the size of the image i am trying to download? any suggestions? thanks for any advice. pusherman

Not sure if this helps, but if you have certain characters in the filename, like '#', it can cause a problem with the image upload. When you remove the character or characters, all is well.
