PSA/DNA Photo submission question

I have 3 Gretzky 8x10 photos that I want authenticated and encapsulated. It doesn't say anywhere on the form that will happen so is it just automatically done? Also the fee for Gretzky is 45 dollars so does that include encapsulation or is that extra? Also do you need an active membership to submit? Sorry for a lot of questions but thanks in advanced..

    I know that PSA loves putting those darn stickers on things so encapsulation definitely is not automatic.
