1989 Topps Traded - Is this a regular or a Tiffany?

First thing, apologies for the scans - I don't have a good scanner for scanning slabbed cards and that's what we're working with here. Hopefully, you can still see whatever you need to see to make a determination.

Attached are pictures of a 1989 Topps Traded Ken Griffey Jr. I cannot determine whether it's the regular card or the Tiffany. I know what the slab says but I'm not sure it's accurate.

So, what say you all? Regular or Tiffany?

1989 Topps Traded is tough with no distinguishing marks…. Below is a comparison, pay attention to the pink color in both. Looks like base to me.
