Need Excel Hyperlink format to download pcgs coin certificate data

Can anyone give me the correct format for a coin verification hyperlink in my Excel. All I want is to open the pcgs page and download information into Chrome browser.
This no longer works: https://www.pcgs.com/cert/38927600
I have tried variations of w & wo 's', w &wo 'http://www.' and simply just pcgs.com/cert/38927600 that do not work either.
They used to and I am frustrated. Excel message is "cannot open and down load information". ARG
Even tried PCGS hyperlink help with cert and pic, cut/copy with zero success.
Thanks for any help in advance.

    When I type https://www.pcgs.com/cert/38927600 into a browser, I get:

So, the issue seems to be in Excel.

During a recent update, MSFT disabled the auto hyperlink feature for internet and network paths in Excel. At least they did for me and my Mac.

Have you looked at "Tools" --> "AutoCorrect Options" to see if they did the same to you?

Note - after re-enabling the auto hyperlink function, I had to left click and highlight each existing hyperlink to reinitialize it.
