Both extremely common. The 1957B SC has a stamping on the back, and I’m failing to see anything significant at all with the 2006 FRN. I don’t see any additional premium over face, sorry.

You should see a border (or part of the design/marker, etc) of the note above, below (or laterally) for it to be a collectible cut off size error worth a premium above FV.

Not really. Someone may be willing to give you an extra buck or two at most for the silver certificate over face.

It’s a poorly centered note, but still with BEP tolerances. Not an error.
