Sent my submission to PCGS via USPS Priority with Signature Service, 'Del'd, left with individual'

Whatever happened to displaying the name of the person who signed for the package?
Didn't the service used to be called 'Signature Confirmation' as opposed to Signature Service?
Anyone know what's the deal here?

They may still be operating under COVID rules where all that stuff isn’t done even if you pay for the service.
Definite possibility.
If you click on proof of delivery on the tracking page and enter your email, it'll send you a copy of who signed for it and their actual signature.

I think electronic signature is an option, unless you check the box to say you don't want it.

I sent a package to another member with this service and he thought he didn't receive it. Then he found it out on his front porch. What if it had gotten stolen before he found it? It had 7 MS67 coins inside.

I just sent one to our hosts exactly the same way last week and the page you screen shot shows who signed. Nothing is ever consistent with them.
