    I recall maybe 3 or 4 dealers of error coins. There were many, many amazing errors on display, though I was not hunting for them. Many of the 1970s proof errors that have come out recently were for sale on the floor or on display for future auction sales.

    The one that really caught my eye, was graded by NGC with serial number 3896610 00, PF66. I had never seen it before

    Yes-

    Heritage has U.S. proof error coins from the 1970’s, in their upcoming ANA auction.
