Counterfeit or fake replica?

I am 95% certain that this is either counterfeit or some kind of replica. Any thoughts?

Not an expert in these but I think it is genuine, just heavily damaged. This coin is suppose to be a medal alignment.

By the way, i'm leaning more towards it being a genuine 2 Reales, albeit pretty beat-up. Are you able to do specific gravity testing on it?

I wouldn't know where to begin a test like that, but it probably isn't worth spending any money on this slug.
