Shoeless Joe

This is a picture of the Greenville Spinners. It measures about 8 feet by 5 feet, i think that is a young Joe Jackson in the middle. Opinions please, TIA.

This photo from a cabinet photo card - sure looks like Shoeless.

Where is that? (the big photo)

I didn't look up but I'm guessing the Greenville Spinners are a minor league team?

bat boy certainly looks the same in both pics supplied. they usually tend to gravitate towards the better players and/or their heros. shoeless played right down the road in sav, ga during this time period too. certainly not unfathomable, imo. especially when noting the popped collars.

That's Joe. Greenville, 1908 season, is where the nickname "Shoeless Joe" was born.
