2 Older cards worth?

Are either of these worth anything, should i send either of them off to be graded or is it not worth the time/money, im just getting back into cards and collecting, i have a huge collection but most all are from the 90s and mid to early 00s any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

    no neither is worth it

    Cheapest PSA will grade a card is $200.00.
