First Live Auction Since the Winter of 75/76

I had avoided live auctions because I was nervous about carrying around large amounts of cash, which is what I remembered. I avoid driving, so we are talking about NYC subways, for the most part. Anyway, Superpsychmed alerted me to a local auction. I could pay cash at the auctioneer's office, a local drive, two days later. So, let me proceed to bore you:
Besides the 4 reales recently posted:
2 Byzantines that went cheap, even for their mediocre condition.
I like 17th century German States and this one went for a reasonable hammer.
Two British pieces, also reasonable. The hammered "equestrian" crowns of Charles fascinate me and then a Queen Anne crown minted in Edinburgh.
Love the Tuscany types. I am no grading expert, but this one appears better than the NGC slab of EF45.
Dutch medals are a particular favorite of mine. This one was reasonable for its condition.
And I always wanted one of these, grand in its simplicity.

That's a long time! I don't think I could wait that long without getting my coin fix.
But the subways were much worse in 75/76. I wouldn't worry about it much today, especially in the day and in Manhattan.
That's a fantastic group, both in range and appeal!
