1814/3 O.101a Capped Bust Half PCGS AU55

Amazing smooth surfaces with no distractions anywhere, nice luster, and beautiful blue toning on both sides give this early and very popular overdate exceptional eye appeal!

This particular example has a slightly soft strike which is not uncommon for this overdate. It also has really neat clashes on both the obverse and reverse with LIB seen below the eagle’s left wing.
