I met him a handful of years ago. He was such a nice, accommodating man when it came to his fans. RIP

I was expecting Tony Oliva when I saw this.

I collect Steve Garvey, Dodgers and signed cards. Collector since 1978.
  • Great goalie. Heard that him and Phil took turns cutting the "old man's" lawn when they were grown.

    RIP Tony O

RIP, Tony O. You gave us Hawk fans so much joy. After the horrible trade in spring, 1967, just about everything went bad for the Hawks. Tony was such a magnificent breath of fresh air. He was the epitome of "killer instinct" competitive. You'll hit ME with your best shot---but not the net!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks, Mr. Esposito, for the many, many wonderful memories. --- Indiana Jones (Brian Powell)
