No Green Seal Star Note Error


Any thoughts on this one? dont see any evidence of chemical treatment

    The OP’s 1963A $1 Chicago replacement note error looks legit, but I’d have to see it and examine it in person to say for sure. The photo leaves a little to be desired on pixels and editing.

    Could be a genuine obstructed printing error, not a missing print process. Would have to inspect in person.

    And, yes, it would be worth more as a star error.

    Collector and dealer in obsolete currency. Always buying all obsolete bank notes and scrip.
