I have had this note in my collection for a while. Not sure what duece duke on label means? Is it because of serial number?

It’s a note cut from a BEP issued sheet with a personalized label. Both the B-B and B-C block were only available in sheet form. Probably not worth the cost of having it graded.

I was thinking the same thing until I discovered Duece is a boys name.

I paid ten bucks for it years ago. I figured why not. The grading cost way more than that.
