Any rumblings, rumors, insights as to when other service levels "may" open up?

Honestly haven't been on much since the the last two subs in PSA possession weren't looking likely to be released anytime soon.

Anyone aware as to potential of other service levels opening up either with those who may have discussed at Nationals or somewhere on the board?

im in the minority here, but even if they opened up bulk tomorrow id have a hard time consciously sending cards off right now with the way cards are being physically being handled.

as for the next service level. i have heard rumblings of 9/1 and then most likely nothing lower until jan.

eta: supposedly a couple more announcements not pertaining to service levels are gonna be made during this time frame too.

I have one Sub still left in the Grading Phase - a 30 Card Bulk Modern Sub that was sent last fall and officially was entered in Jan 2021. My 6 Card Reg Sub is scheduled to be delivered today. Pretty much figured nothing would be opening until Fall at least for the next service level down, still not worth me sending a $100 / card even if the Regular Service Level opens up unless I can be absolutely sure beyond all that my screens see a potential 10 or two.

Looking back at my notes for the 6 card Sub Im getting today, for the 10s I received, I had my "predictions" based on my screens that the 4 1990 Marvel Universe I submitted would come back as a 10 - The Hulk # 3 came back as a 6 so I need to do a real hard look at that one to see what I missed - they were predicted as 10's from centering, corners, surface, etc

This should give me time to get something ready when they do decide to lower the drawbridge a bit
