wait time and where to keep your cards

What do we think the wait time will be for trading card grading.
Has anyone extrapolated, based on current through-puts by level, when PSA expects to open their business back up for submittals (the bulk of it)? Before I thought it was anticipated as July, but they are still 7-9 months in the arrears. It appears on some levels, you might be moving a day for a day which would mean they'll need to hold on acceptance of 80% of their intake for another 5-7 months at the current pace.
I really wanted to get my cards into them, even if they are held for a long while just to keep them in the queue and I find this easier for me to manage (I don't do that many). I have them in card savers but thought they were better stored at PSA.
I just started collecting right when it all imploded.
