Can anyone tell me about this coin. Value etc. I assume bronze 1.66 oz. 3/16 in thick, 1 1/2 inch in diameter.

38 mm bronze from Ptolemaic Egypt. The reverse, in Greek, says Ptolemy the King. Since the male rulers all took the name of Ptolemy, I think, I would not know which one it is, offhand, but the series is very popular.
