Hello! being new to this, I have questions about a couple cards, and could use some help. I have a 1973 Tug McGraw #30 card. What is the difference between an "O-Pee-Chee" card and a Topps card? They look exactly the same to me. Second; I have a 1986
Topps Ryne Sandberg #690. What is the difference between the regular Topps, and Topps Tiffany? They look the same. Please help!

Not sure if you’ve poked around, but there are several references to help you tell the difference. Here’s one: https://www.beckett.com/news/how-to-identify-topps-tiffany-baseball-cards-using-the-star-method/.
OPC are printed in Canada and often (always?) have English and French somewhere on the reverse. They should also have a copyright-like thing along one of the back edges that says Topps or OPC. See the red highlighting I added here:

Thank you! I think i have it. My card is 1986, gray back, one star, so no Tiffany, correct?
tiffany sandberg will have a brighter pink back. will also lack an asterik down at the bottom of the card near “1986 topps company”. reg version should have an “ * A “ or something like that.
Sorry, that is the Sandberg card. The Tug McGraw card is 1973 T.C.G., printed in U.S. If I am correct, O.P.C. is the O-Pee-Chee,
correct?

i was answering the second part of your op since the first one had been answered already. 😉
