Question on Condor Tokens

I saw a nice looking , distinctive proof like Condor token at a recent local show.
I also saw it at the same dealers table at another show in 2019.
It seems he really doesn’t want to sell it as the price is multiples of any Condor I have ever seen (but I have never seen another proof like example.)
How rare are they and what kind of premium is “normal”?

Depends on which Condor it is. I have several P/Ls. If it was one made to circulate as a token, they mintages were higher so they were struck accordingly. Most were struck for collectors with low mintages, so they would be fresh dies with prooflike surfaces.
